PrimeBoard DorCor™ is a line of engineered low density panels
manufactured from sustainable, annually renewable agricultural fibers (wheat
straw & sunflower hulls) and a formaldehyde-free, emissions-free
synthetic resin.
DorCor™/LD-1 is a low density particleboard panel designed specifically for
use in the manufacturing of entrance and interior doors. It is well suited
for wood, steel and molded flush door core applications. It is also well
suited for lock blocks for hollow core doors and component substrate material
for door components such as: stiles, rails and panels. DorCor™/LD-1 is
intended for applications that require particleboard which meets LD-1
performance standards. It is also an excellent choice for doors and projects
that specify environmentally friendly and/or emission-free materials.
